Dementia Awareness Training for Retailers

Assess the free programme here
On completion of the retail programme, retail staff will be able to:
  • Recognise when a person may have dementia
  • Identify common challenges a person with dementia may encounter in a retail situation
  • Consider a range of options for supporting the person when faced with these challenges
  • Identify ways of improving the retail environment to become more dementia friendly.
The content of this programme, while set in the retail environment,  is widely applicable for anybody who wishes to learn more about dementia.
We would love to hear your thoughts on this video! A short anonymous  survey (just four questions) is provided for you to share you views  in the above link.
