Garda E-Vetting

Please print and complete the Garda E-Vetting Application.  When completed, please give to Fr Vincent who will submit application to Western Province Vetting Services.  You will be contacted directly from that office and asked to fill in some information on-line.  The process is relatively fast and it is mandatory that all involved in parish ministries, involving young people complete this process.  Many thanks for your co-operation and your willingness to ensure the safety and protection of children in our Parish Community.
